Abstract

目的:探讨基层医院抢救急性有机磷农药中毒的急救方法及正确应用解毒剂、复能剂,提高抢救成功率.方法:回顾性分析27例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料.结果:27例患者全部治愈,抢救成功率为100%.结论:采用综合治疗,提倡早洗胃、早用药、彻底清除毒物,同时正确使用阿托品和胆碱酯酶复能剂.
