Human Capital Accumulation and Economic Growth Model

Based on some related works about human capital stock,this paper studied the effect of the human capital accumulation on economic growth in the light of the economic growth model,and proposed one scheme for human capital accumulation on economic growth to achieve social optimal path.Then,some economic explanation for the economic growth was made in respect of the human capital supply factors,demand factors of human capital,human capital accumulation and other aspects.Finally,considering these conclusions and the fact that the present situation in human capital accumulation can not meet the need of economic growth,this paper made some suggestions for how to improve human capital accumulation and get the overall planning in the urban and rural economic growth.
