Study on Photovoltaic Array Simulation Model

In application of Simulink tools of simulation software MATLAB, based on the physical and mathematical models of photovol- taic array, a kind of photovoltaic array working simulation model was established. Simulation model internal structure diagram was given, and under different lighting strength, environmental temperature and multiple serial and parallel connection methods, simulations were car- ried out for different type of solar cells. Simulation result shows that photovoltaic array model output is similar as actual output basically.
