+Gx is a kind of primary environmental element for astronauts during ascending and returning of manned spaceship. Excellent +Gx endurance is crucial for astronauts to ensure the success of flight mission. This study summarizes the physiological and psychological influence of +Gx on human. The study results of worldwide bedrest experiments and actual spaceflight data for the influence and protection of mid-long-term flight on huam endureance is analyzed. The solution is presented for mid-long-term spaceflight +Gx physiology during China’s future space station mission.
