Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology,high heat flux density devices are widely used in various fields of national economy. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the high heat flux density devices,the requirements for thermal control systems are becoming higher and higher. In this paper,the basic heat dissipation principle,basic process and research status of typical high heat flux density devices cooling technologies at home and abroad are briefly introduced and analyzed.
