Abstract
Based on contact nonlinear theory,a calculation model of interference fit between shaft, sleeve and rotor core of high-speed motor is established. The contact pressure on some combining contact surface, the parts'stress and deformation, the change process from static to rotation are calculated accurately, some useful conclusions are brought out, these offer the theory base for designing interference value of some combining contact surface of high-speed motor.
