A Study on Location of Highway Maintenance Management System in Highway Maintenance Engineering Cost Management System

In view of the possible shortage that highway maintenance management system and maintenance engineering cost management system have the same function in cost analysis and economical analysis of maintenance project,the characteristics of cost management functions for maintenance management system in web level and item level are analyzed,then the item level maintenance management system and feasibility study by gray correlation analysis method are compared,so the function location of highway maintenance management system in cost management of highway maintenance system is confirmed.The results show that the item level maintenance management system is equal to the proposed task of project or the preliminary feasibility study when used in heavy maintenance,special project and rebuilding project,it has preliminary estimation and economical appraisal functions and hasn't the same functions with the feasibility study.At the same time,it has the budget function in medium and minor maintenances.In addition,the web level highway maintenance management system has the cost management function of maintenance project in the phase of maintenance planning.
