Abstract

The uniaxial tensile test of two kinds of concrete(C30,C40) under the different strain rates is carried on the servo fatigue machine. The impacts of strain rates on concrete strength and elastic modulus is studied systematically, the change of the tensile strength and elastic modulus under the different stain rates are analyzed. The results show that: the tensile strength and elastic modulus of both kinds of concrete increases as the strain rate growing. But the growth rate varies greatly.
