Abstract

Wang Shuo is a controversial writer in contemporary Chinese Literature forum.This thesis expounds that Wang Shuo-type phenomenon is the product of popular literature development in the new era,which explains the feature of modern popular literature as well as embodies its market potential and vitality.Wang Shuo type represents the orientation of today's popular literature.
