Abstract
In established smelting conditions,on the basis of smelting furnace reduction reaction silicon cylinder thermodynamic equilibrium theory,the analytical formulas of the smelting furnace temperature and w[Si]in molten iron were deduced.The calculation results had a good corresponding relationship with the actual data, which could be used to regalate the temperature and w[si]I of the hot baast Furnace in the scene as reference.
