Abstract
Objective To study the compatibility and growth of osteoblast cultured with PLGA material. Methods Osteoblast were obtained from rat calvaria bone and cultured with PLGA material, cells were observed under inverted microscope and environmental scanning electron microscope and recorded. Results Cells were attached to PLGA material and grew favorably on surface of it.Conclusion PLGA polymer is the safe tissue engineering material, cells and PLGA scaffolds complex could be substitute for bone graft.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
