Abstract
This paper makes an objective evaluation on the profound significance of Hunan's investment environment to the working out of a correctreginal economic policy, to the improvement of the investment environment, to the development of economics, to the promotion of productive forces level and its escalation of the extension degree and to the promotion of the Hunan economics' further development The paper also puts forward some suggestions and measures on the improvement of the investment environment
