Abstract
Due to research on food safety assurance mode of food supply chains is insufficient at present,the paper,adopts case study as its basic research method,and selects COFCO,Shineway Group and Shouguang Vegetables as study objects to explore advanced food safety assurance mode of food supply chains. The findings reveal that food safety assurance mode of food supply chains is the result of coupling effect of food safety strategy and planning,food safety internal control environment,food safety information and technology,food safety risk prevention and control. Clarifying food safety assurance mode of supply chains in details helps to offer theoretical references for core enterprises in food supply chains to strengthen food safety assurance.
