Abstract

Teachers' ethics and personal charm are teachers' soul.Modern writers such as Lu Xun,Guo Moruo,Mao Dun and Lao She attached great importance to teachers' soul casting.They believed that education,faith,love,responsibility and dedication are core components of a teacher's personality.Modern writers' thoughts and their brilliant exposition on teachers' ethics have important significance and should function as practical guildance for teachers' professional ethics in the market economy.
