And thing last request right and thing right public show and public belief,get timeliness,make stipulation with benefit thing right should be prescribed.Real right behavior theory has serious defect,so the real right legislation of our country should not accept this kind of theory.Land relates to the fate of peasant,so mortgage and the use right transfer of farming land should act carefully.
