Abstract

This paper points out the existing risk in constuction projects. The structure of the risk management system of construction project is also created. Whereafter,it gives a particular explanation of the eight sections comprising the risk management system, i.e. The risk management goal, the risk management organization, the risk identification, the risk estimatien, the risk assessment, the risk decision, the risk monitoring, and the ultimate appraisal of risk management.
