Abstract
The recrystallization temperature of the low alloy high strength cold rolled sheet containing niobium and titanium is 600℃, which is obtained by the hardness testing after annealing. When the annealing temperature is less than the recrystallization temperature, the yield strength of the sheet decreases with the increment of the annealing temperature and time.When the annealing temperature is higher than the recrystallization temperature, the effects of annealing temperature and time on the yield strength of the sheet are not significant. Finally, the paper proposes that a reasonable strength of the hot rolled billet should be selected to decrease the load of the cold mill.
