Cyber crime involving criminal jurisdiction is not only a country's jurisdiction,is the jurisdiction conflict of countries,the existing laws have been unable to resolve such conflicts.By analyzing cyber crime challenges on the traditional criminal jurisdiction system,introduction and analysis of the relevant jurisdiction of the emerging crime theory,the current criminal jurisdiction system of the network needs reconstruction.
