Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of benign breast tumor by camparing color doppler ultrasound imaging manifestations with pathological findings. Methods Color doppler ultrasound test was conducted in 224 patients with benign breast tumor.Tumor ultrasonic image characteristics and surrounding blood flow signals were observed and compared with pathological findings after comprehensive analysis and diagnosis. Results 277 tumors were found in 224 patients with benign breast tumor,271 and 6 tumors were diagnosed as benign and malignant tumor,respectively.6 malignant tumor were confirmed benign tumor by pathological observation.Accuracy rate and misdiagnosis rate of ultrasonic diagnosis in benign breast tumor were 97.83%(271/277) and 2.17%,respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound imaging has high accuracy rate and simple operation in the diagnosis of benign breast tumor, which was the preferred method for early diagnosis of benign breast tumor.
