Abstract

the effects of shading degree of 80%、60%、40% and 0%(CK)on the yield and quality of autumn green tea in hilly tea plantations were investigated. The results showed that compared with CK,the 3 shading treatments field temperature and the earth's surface temperature remarkably decreased. The atmosphere humidity obviously increased. The harmful of high temperature and low humidity occurring frequency decreased. The length of one leaf and one bud,bud the density, the weight of 100 buds, the yield of fresh leaves, the bitter components such as tea polyphenols, the ratio polyphenols to amino acid and the content of chlorophyll in fresh leaves all decreased. The content of crude fiber decreased remarkably, the color, taste and flavor of Bailu Maojian famous tea were obviously improved while the amino acid increased, soluble sugar and water extract content increased. The experiments indicated that shading could decrease the yield of autumn famous tea lightly, but could remarkably improve the quality, the price of autumn famous tea and the product benefits in hilly tea plantations.
