Abstract
For the design of many long-span bridges, arch bridge structure of such concrete has been widely adopted. Thus, the dynamic properties of such bridges have been showing more and more important value but neither abroad nor at home have specialists done enough research on this type of bridges. This paper,by using ANSYS software, has built up a 3D FEM model for computing and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of Bairiba Bridge,in Sichuan Province, which is a CFST arch bridge.Based on the model, the paper goes into details about its dynamic characteristics, particularly the effects of arch structures upon them. The results indicate that the rigidity of arch ribs and the rigidity and quantity of transverse brace both exert influence on the structures.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
