Treatment of Frontal Sinusitis after Transfrontal Craniotomy

Abstract
Objectives To analyse the cause of frontal sinusitis after transfrontal craniotomy and to explore the methods of pre-venting and treating it. Methods Of 8 patients with frontal sinusitis after transfrontal craniotomy, 6 underwent debridment once or twice and 2 received physical therapy. Result All the 8 patients were cured. Conclusion Appropriate treatment aimed at different frontal si-nusitis in degree and in period when it occurred after transfrontal craniotomy is a reasonable maneuver.
