Abstract

By comparing the present situations of information resources construction both at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the condition of information resources construction in our libraries and argues that in order to construct the information resources, we should attach great importance to the construction of the network system environment, the information resources database construction, the cultivation of special talents and other aspects. Accordingly, the paper presents some methods in improving information resources service and some precautions in doing so.
