Abstract

The vocational and technical education belong to the employment-based education and training,targeted at technology-based and skill-based talent.Therefore,vocational and technical education,It should be distinguished from general academic education,It should be vocational and technical education and vocational skills to highlight the characteristics of personnel with market demand.
