On the Role of the Chinese Government in the Internationalization of Enterprises

As the multi national corporations are crucial to the economy of the world, many countries, including China, are looking forward to developing large multi national corporations of their own. Chinese enterprises are now at the early stage of globalization, so Chinese government influences their globalization greatly. In this paper, the current situation of Chinese enterprises' globalization is introduced; Chinese regulations and policies about enterprises' globalization are analyzed, and the problems of these regulations and policies are also presented. At last, the solutions in the opinion of the authors are put forward.
