Abstract
In order to study health conditions and physical training conditions among middle-aged teachers,methods such as bibliography,questionnaire and statistics are applied.The results show that,due to living styles,dietary habits,etc.,the health of the teachers is not good,and is getting deteriorated with age;the number of teachers who do physical training is low,but with a clear purpose.The major factors affecting teachers' physical training lie in high work pressure,insufficient leisure time,therefore it is suggested that universities should strengthen publicity,improve health training environment,health monitoring system,and help teachers build good training habits and the concept of life-long training.
