EU Law: The Change of Supernational Law and Development Mechanism

In category of supranational law,EU law is a typical representative. What we call the birth of European Union lawis that it takes core point of view of Marxist legal thought namedeconomy determines lawas theoretical basis. The European Union,as a kind of organization of European countries,its rationality and legitimacy of its existence are based on contract. EU law is based on treaty of EU member states. However,the EU's good development lies in rules of synergy and convergence,and interoperability of rules is a very important approach to development of European Union law.
