Abstract
In order to promote agricultural sci-tech innovation,the paper has analyzed the progress of international agricultural scientific research information work,put forward concepts of agricultural scientific research IT application,stated that the core of network of IT environment of Internet technology and the latest network technology will significantly increase scientific research efficiency,promote agricultural scientific research cooperation,and lead in the agricultural scientific research method onto the path of revolution.The paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of the objectives,overall framework and information infrastructure of agricultural scientific research IT platform,agricultural information key technology and applied systems,and other construction contents.
