Abstract

Objective To investigate the level of D-dimer,CRP and platelet aggregation rate in the patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods The levels of D-dimer,C reactive protein(CRP)and platelet aggregation rate were detected respectively in 42 patients with DEACMP and 48 healthy persons. Results Compared with healthy persons, the levels of D-dimer,CRP and platelet aggregation rate in serum of patients with DEACMP were significantly high(P0.05).Conclusion The levels of D-dimer,CRP and platelet aggregation rate in the patients with DEACMP reflect the inflammatory response, the increased blood viscosity and the tendency of thrombosis.
