Abstract

The reforming courses of state-owned were reviewed firstly,then the existing problems of state-owned enterprise reform,and the deepening reform strategies were proposed lastly.Which can catch favourable occasion and creat better condition for deepening omnibearing state-owned enterprise reform so as to impel the whole course of China reform.
