Abstract
Procedures proceeding the criminal trial refer to the triangle relationship between the prosecutor, defender and judge and their law status before the period of time from the reconnaissance organization's putting the case in record to the procuratorate's initiating criminal court action against the defendant and to the court trial. The procedures proceeding the criminal trial are dominated by the reconnaissance organization and are lack of necessary procedure-restriction measures and therefore are liable to committee actions impinging on the rights of citizens. Hence, it is necessary to introduce mechanism of judicial review before criminal trial so as to perfect the structure of the procedures proceeding the criminal trial in our country.
