A Tentative Discussion of the Perfection of the Procedures Proceeding the Criminal Trial in China

Procedures proceeding the criminal trial refer to the triangle relationship between the prosecutor, defender and judge and their law status before the period of time from the reconnaissance organization's putting the case in record to the procuratorate's initiating criminal court action against the defendant and to the court trial.
