Discussion the safety management of dangerous chemical from the correlative problems of dangerous chemical registration

This paper described the dangerous chemical registration system and the purport of registration briefly.The law,code,standard and ere for the safety management of dangerous chemical were recapitulated in this paper.The pri- mary problems of registration work were concluded and analyzed.Several measures for solving the problems of registration were put forward.Finally,the countermeasures to strengthen the safety management of dangerous chemical were expound- ed deeply.This paper considers that establishing consummate legal system,strengthening the global intendanee and man- agement from the source to the waste of dangerous chemical,perfecting the technical support system,improving the train- ing and education of practitioner,establishing integrated accident emergency rescue system,enterprise working up long -acting system of safety management and etc.are important measures for the safety management of dangerous chemical.
