Abstract
Distributive justice is an important target of the development of human society,and it is also the objective requirement of building a socialist harmonious society.Distributive justice is the rational allocation of rights,powers,duties and responsibilities between all members of the society with the system arrangement,in order to maintain social order and stability,the present stage of our country exists the uneven distribution of the phenomenon,but also expand the trend.Only the government effectively regulate all aspects of social interests,to solve the unfair distribution of social problem,in order to maintain social order and stability,to eliminate the disparity between people is too large,so as to build a harmonious society.
