Clinical Observation of Xuebijing Injection and Microwave Apparatus in Treatment of Knee Synovitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection and microwave apparatus in treatment of knee synovitis.Methods 180 patients with Knee synovitis were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were only treated with microwave apparatus. On the basis of daily treatment of microwave apparatus,treatment group accepted Xuebijing injection. After two weeks,evaluate the effect,score assessment of knee function and synovial thickness,joint effusion detected by Color Doppler ultrasound were determined. Results Effects of treatment group were better than control group( P 0. 05); knee function of treatment group increased significantly after treatment( P 0. 05); compared with control group,the level of synovial thickness and knee joint effusion in treatment group were reduced remarkably. Particularly after treatment,level of knee joint effusion was lower significantly in treatment group than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusions Xuebijing injection combined with microwave apparatus can improve and cure knee synovitis,and it is worth clinical popularization.
