Abstract

Objective To study the changes of the liver function by the treatment of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) for primary carcinoma of liver.Method To measure and analyze the alteration of liver function before and after TACE in sixty patients with primary carcinoma of liver.Result TACE caused the worse hepatic lesion.Significant differences were found before and after TACE(P0.01).Conclusion The liver function of patients with primary carcinoma of liver becomes worse after TACE.More attention should be paid to the effect of TACE on patients, the prevention and therapy.
