Analysis of Es_3 Volcanic Rock Property in the Eastern Sag of Liaohe Depression

Abstract

The volcanic activity was closely related to the tectonic activities,the volcanic rocks were developed extensively because of the influence of deep faults during the deposition of the third member of Shahejie Formation.Through core observation,thin section identification and logging identification,it was considered that there mainly developed the intermediate and basic volcanic rocks,the representative rocks were the basalts,andesites,trachyte and volcanic breccia;based on single-well lithologic recognition and rock facies division and in combination with archaeomagnetism and seismic attribute,the distribution characteristics of the lithofacies of volcanic rocks were analyzed,the lithofacies mode of the volcanic rocks was established.The control action of lithofacies and lithology of volcanic rock to the reservoir development degree is summarized,which provides evidence for the oil exploration in oilfields.
