Abstract
The development and application of modern network technology poses great threat to the survival and growth of reference rooms in departments and schools in universities.Considering the position and advantages of these reference rooms,this paper points out that the reference rooms provide wide service for the teaching and research work,which is one of ways to improve the utilization value of current books resources.
