Abstract

In recent years, due to the distortion of oil tubes and paraffin/scale deposit in some gas production wells in the fields, monitoring devices could not be put down at the bottom of the well so that the quality of logging data has been seriously influenced;the interpretation of well test data has to face up with great difficulty because of multiple phase seepage in the reservoirs and multiple phase flow in the wellbore resulted from the complicated phase change in the condensate gas reservoirs. Those conventional well testing techniques have not been adapted for the present need of gas development.Through many years of exploring research and field practices,a series of well testing technology have been introduced into processing and interpreting the logging data from high-pressure and condensate gas wells.Starting from the theory and performance, this technology has been proved to be adaptable for high-pressure and condensate gas fields and will provide favorable monitoring data for production management and project adjustment in gas fields.
