A Reflection upon Advancing Community Policing Work in the New Period

Community policing work is an effective means to control case occurrence and maintain social order. But the fact that community police are overloaded with work who have to do much beyond policing responsibility decreases their time dealing with community affairs, only to affect the development of the community policing work; irrational method and standard of assessment worry the police too much to respond to, thus resulting in their lack of initiative and creativity.
