Abstract
On the basis of the investigation of green plants of residential areas in Xining City,the reasonable green plants types for residential areas of Xining City were discussed preliminarily according to the features of Xining's geography,climatic,environment,temperature and the characteristics of plant's physiological and scenery.Simultaneously,combined with the present situation of residential areas,the application of green plants was analyzed according to the green land planning design,including building nearby,road,the periphery and the public space green land.
