Research on the Construction of Multi-agent Information Management System for Public-private-partnerships

Based on the asymmetric information theory and computer technology,the paper deeply analyzed the public project general structure and the relationship between multi-agent at three stages of finance,construction,operation.On this basis,this paper summed up the way,content and features of messaging between the public project participants,as well as the participants and external environment in public project.The paper used window existing platform to build the information model of public project,and designed subsystem module for construction management subsystem,bidding management subsystem,operation management subsystem and information released subsystem which included in the information system.The information system framework can be used to guide the public project information management system development,or evaluation of existing information management system,so that the information system can be widely used in public project management.
