Abstract

the authors describe the construction of a Escherichia coli-Bacillus subtilis shuttle vector pUSL16 which were d erived from plasmids pUC18 and pREP9. This shuttle vector can be used to clone g ene in Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.
