Abstract

In this paper, the contents of trace elements in dry fruits just as Zn,Fe,Mg,Cu,Cr,Se,Sn,As,Mn were determined by ICP-AES using nitrifying method of high pressure nitrifying pot,and comparison of the results of wet method. Two methods have no obvious differences. The method proved to be simple, rapid, highly sensitivity, good accuracy and determination of many elements at the same time,in addition. Its recovery is 95.5%-101%,relative standard deviations are less than 3.07%.
