Abstract
Objective To evaluate autonomic nerve function patients with neoplasms. Methods For June 2002 to January 2005,72 patients were randomly divided to neoplasm group 36 cases and normal group 36 cases.Time domain methods of heart rate variability tests were performed. Results SDNN(67.53±20.69)ms,(132.72±25.15)ms,SDANN(57.61±19.52)ms,(111.50±27.19)ms,rMSSD(17.72±9.72)ms,(35.17±8.17)ms,PNN_ 50 (5.00±5.45)%,(14.70±5.65)%.were significantly lower in patients with neoplasms than those in normal subjects(P0.01).Conclusion The severe neoplasms lesion is,the worse heart rate variability is.
