Abstract

Analytical formulae are presented for design of the passband equiripple Chebyshev filters. The design formulae of the stopband equiripple Chebyshev filters are described briefly. The optimizing forms of the stopband equiripple Chebyshev filters are developed. Design examples are submitted and the characteristic of the three types of Chebyshev filters reviewed.
