Abstract

This paper discusses the method and the status of XML storageclarifies the theory and the method of mapping DTD to relational database. We design and implement a prototype system named XRDBM. It uses the basic API provid by XML-DBMS to transform between XML document and relational database. It turns out that the approach is effective. ;;
