Abstract

The scale of World War Ⅱ,joined sixty-one countries,is the largest one in human history.In the process the Soviet Union′s policy on Japan adopts a flexible principle,according to its own intenest and the protection of socialist achievement and experienced the deveopment of confrontation,neuteality and attack.
