STUDY ON PROBLEMS OF WATER RESOURCES,SUPPLY AND DEMAND AND COUNTERMEASURE IN NORTHEAST OF CHINA

Abstract

Water resources is short in Northeast of China. Nowadays, under the new situation of vigorously develop the old industrial base of northeast region, the problem of water bottleneck in economic development must be resolved by the root in order to realize high-speed economic increasing.As a result, based on regional water resources situation and according to the economic and social goal of the Northeast of China,the paper analysizes the existing problems of water utilization and future trend of water supply and demand ,finally,the paper puts forward some countermesures for water sustainable development.
