Abstract
Several texturing methods for multicrystalline silicon solar cells were compared. The acidic texturing technology were introduced, which were widely applied and developed. The essential principle of this method, general characteristics of the velvet, several familiar improvements and optimization for the etching time were shown, which were useful for the scientific researchers who engaged in the related field.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
