Abstract
In common atmospheric environment, the main reason of steel corrosion is that the concrete cover is carbonated. As the thickness of the concrete cover is relatively small, construction error in the thickness of the concrete cover will have a greater influence on the durability of the structure.Based on the characteristics of pre-stressed concrete structure, the durability failure criteria are established. As for the construction error in the thickness of the concrete cover, the carbonation durability failure probability of pre-stressed structure in service life is analysis, which will provides theory method and foundation for the durability design, construction and quality control of similar project.
